Singer Lane is the home of three houses – The Retreat and The Landing described below and The Big House described on it’s own page.
The Retreat and The Landing, both built in 2015, sleep six guests privately/ten guests total; this includes two convertible pullouts in common areas. Bedrooms all have private bath. Both have living rooms with fireplace, kitchen and dining areas. Each house has a deck and outside grill. Each guest is entitled to daily access to Lake Region fitness; our state-of-the-art facility in the Hawley Silk Mill.

All houses require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total cost of the reservation and a signed rental agreement upon booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days prior to arrival; a signed rental agreement and the entire amount is due upon booking. If a reservation has been paid in full, and cancellation is received 30 days prior to check-in, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds will be extended if reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival. Consideration may be offered in extenuating circumstances.
