For the comfort of all of our guests, all of our accommodations are non-smoking this also includes vaping. Designated smoking areas are throughout the property.


Check-In/Check Out:

Check -In Time Rooms & Cottages • 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Check –In Time Houses • 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

If you will be arriving later, please call ahead to make arrangements

Check -Out Time • By 11:00 AM

If you would like to stay later than your check out there is a changing room at the Inn.


Pet Policy:

We have numerous pet-friendly rooms available for our guests. Our pet fees are incorporated in “Ruby’s Wagaway” Pet Package.  Upon check-in your furry friend will receive a new toy for them to keep and each day of your stay there will be a supply of treats and clean-up bags. The facility supplies water and food bowls – so no need to bring your own! The maximum pets allowed in the room are two.

 Available Accommodations and Pricing:  L1 – L2 Standard Queen, L3, L4, L7, L8 Standard Double for an additional $35; Cottage 116 for an additional $100 and House 111 for an additional $300. An extra $10 fee will be charged for additional pets – up to a maximum of two.


Cancellation Policies:

Rooms & Suites –

July 1st- Labor Day Weekend

  • A deposit of 1 night is required upon booking for reservations.
  • Cancellation policy of three weeks
  • Nonrefundable deposit if cancellation under three weeks from reservation date.

Spring/Fall/Winter Seasons

  • Cancellation policy of 72 hours
  • One night stay will be billed with less than 72-hour cancellation notice.

Cottages –

July 1st- Labor Day Weekend

  • A 50% deposit is required upon booking
  • Balance is due upon check-in.
  • Refunds will be made if cancellation is made more than 4 weeks prior to arrival

Spring/Fall/Winter Seasons

  • Deposits will be refunded with 72-hour cancellation notice.
  • Cancellation Fee of one night’s stay will be charged with less than 72 hours cancellation notice.

Retreat Suites –

Suites are available May 11th until October 31st

  • A 50% deposit is required upon booking
  • Balance is due 30 days prior to check-in

Houses –

Year Round

  • 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Deposit is non-refundable.
  • Balance is due 30 days prior to check -in.

Important Notes:

  • 6% State Sales Tax and 3% Hotel Tax will be added to the bill and are subject to change without notice
