This house is the perfect setting for your next Family Reunion, Wedding, Bridal Party, Corporate Retreat or have a Men’s or Ladies’ week/weekend getaway. Our home is full of gorgeous granite, stainless steel appliances, luxury baths, indoor pool and sauna and full entertainment center. Central and forced hot air keeps the home comfortable all year long.
The Fairview House has one Master Suite, two double Queen Suites, one Queen Guest Room and one double Twin Room all with their own full bathrooms. There is a full bath in the pool area and a powder room in the game area. The formal dining area will seat 14 guests and is well suited for any large gathering.
The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance and amenity needed for every great meal! Gas stove, full size double door refrigerator, 2 dishwashers, microwave drawer, and two sinks will make cooking and clean up an absolute joy. Eat in the breakfast room with seating for 12 just off the kitchen, sit at the kitchen island, or enjoy your family dinners in our oversized dining room. There is enough space for everyone.
There is an indoor, heated endless pool with hot tub jet features. On the level there is plenty to keep everyone entertained – poker table, pool table, foosball, ping pong, full service wooden bar and a home theatre with seating for 12.
The Fairview house can accommodate events with prior approval. Our knowledgeable Catering Staff can assist in the planning and execution of your event. Two lakes for use with Fairview Lake onsite; and full resort use and dock slip at Silver Birches on Lake Wallenpaupack.

Your reservation will be secured with a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total cost of the reservation and the return of the signed rental agreement. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days prior to arrival; the entire amount is due upon booking. If a reservation has been paid in full, and cancellation is received 30 days prior to check-in, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds will be extended if reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival. Consideration may be offered in extenuating circumstances. A $500 refundable security deposit will be required at check-in in case of damage to the property. If the pool is deemed unusable for the next guest a $500 charge for service will be charged to your credit card on file. The majority of tenants must be 25 years of age. This is a non-smoking/vaping property; strictly enforced. Non-compliance will result in a $500 cleaning fee. Intra-stay housekeeping available for a charge. Registration for your stay will be at Silver Birches Resort registration desk.
