Cleaning Fee
At Settlers Hospitality, we’re investing in our team by launching programs that enable our staff to live and play in the community where we work. As part of that commitment your housekeeping service charges are included in your folio. Therefore, any additional gratuities while appreciated, are discretionary.

Our per stay cleaning fees are:

  • $7.50 per Guestroom
  • $25 for Accommodations at the Lakeside Cabins
  • $15 for Suites at the Retreat at Millbrook Cove
  • $50 for Cottages
  • $325 for our Singer Lane Houses, Paupack Lodge and Fairview House
