FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The check-in time begins at 3 p.m. for rooms/cottages and at 4 p.m. for our vacation rental houses. The check-out time is at 11 a.m. and 10 a.m., respectively. For all our Lake Wallenpaupack accommodations, check-in ends at 9 p.m. the first night of your stay. For more information, please visit our hotel particulars page.
During in-season dates, we charge a resort fee for each day of your stay in addition to your room rate. The resort fee covers daily events and activities at the resort and at our other nearby Settlers Hospitality Group properties. View our activities schedule for information on our different amenities.
All of our accommodations are located near Lake Wallenpaupack, with most places to stay being right next to the lake. Two of our accommodations, the Paupack Lodge and Camp Oneka, are located further from the lake. The Lodge is located at the Paupack Golf Club, while Camp Oneka is located on Fairview Lake, a 5-minute drive south of Silver Birches.
Savor Rewards are earned and available for dining only at Settlers Hospitality Group property restaurants. You can use Savor Rewards at the Dock, located on our property. For program details, visit the Settlers Hospitality website.
Our resort accommodations include fine linens, Keurig coffee makers, flat-screen TVs with Apple TV, phones, complimentary Wi-Fi, and the NY Times App.
