Every second Sunday of the month, you and your team can join us at the Hawley Silk Mill in Hawley for a relaxing and fun cooking class!  For example, you can learn how to make croissants, venison, holiday cocktails, muffins, and more!

Breakfast

Menus start at $9.50 a person and range from a light continental breakfast to a more in depths brunch.

Lunch

Menus start at $17.95 per person. You can choose between buffet luncheons (including dessert and non-alcoholic beverages) to a sit-down lunch.

Buffet Dinner

For buffet dinners, menus start at $29.95 per person. Pick from a wide variety of entrees, appetizers, sides, and desserts!

Plated Dinner

For a more formal banquet style, go for our plated dinner option! Menus start at $29.95 per person.

Bar Options

If you wish to add alcoholic beverages, we can accommodate! Paid packages start at $15 per person, but you can also do cash, tab, open bar, or simply offer beer and wine.
