Sometimes there’s no time to prepare dinner. We’ve reimagined our offerings to be able to serve the food you depend on from The Dock on Wallenpaupack. We’re thrilled to be able to serve you once again in the dining room and on the deck. There are also creative options for take out.
Ready to Eat
Many of The Dock staples are featured on the take-out menu. Order your favorite pizza or appetizer along with entrees such as House Made Lump Crab Cakes, Chicken Parmesan or a Wally Burger. Meals are packed hot and ready to enjoy.
Ready to Heat
Get a complete meal for a family of four along with instructions for heating and assembling at home. Indulge in Italian inspired dishes including Shrimp and Lobster Penne “Sunset on the Lake” and Braised Beef Short Rib Tuscany. Add on a family-style Caesar Salad or a Boneless Wings Party Platter, which features two pounds of wings.
Grilling season is here! This option lets you get premium restaurant quality cuts of meat and seafood to take home and grill. Each is perfectly portioned, trimmed, seasoned and ready to cook. The package includes instructions from the chef on the best way to cook the proteins. Choose from New York Strip Steak with Signature Rub, Old Bay and Lemon Pepper Salmon Filets, Mediterranean Rubbed Chicken Breast Cutlets or Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes. Family style sides such as Garlic and Chive Mashed Potatoes, Rice and Quinoa Blend or Chef’s Vegetables may be added on to the order. Whether you’re headed out on the boat, trekking along a mountain trail or lounging in the park, these are the ideal meals to take along. Each adorable cardboard carrier holds one sandwich, one side, an apple, a cookie and a bottle of water. Sandwich options range from Roast Turkey on Brioche to Ham and Swiss on a Hoagie Bun, a Lobster Roll and a Roasted Vegetable Wrap.
